Wiley, on the other hand, fell to a balanced 12-12 season record, with an 8-8 mark in their conference games.

However, Dillard erupted in the second quarter, outscoring Wiley 29-5, effectively creating a gap that Wiley struggled to overcome for the remainder of the game.
