This victory highlights Dillard's impressive season record of 17-6 overall and 14-2 in conference play, while the Virgin Islands continue their challenging season without a win, standing at 0-17.
Dillard established a strong lead from the outset, outscoring the Virgin Islands 28-12 in the first quarter. Cassidy Lowe was a standout performer for Dillard, contributing significantly with 23 points, including an efficient 10-15 shooting performance and grabbing a game-high 17 rebounds. Skyler Christmas also played a pivotal role, adding 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists, showcasing her versatility on the court.
