Bio

Malcolm Coleman a New Orleans native, played four years of basketball at De La Salle. a private Catholic high school. Upon graduating, Coleman focused on giving back to his community by working with Elevate Next and helping individuals interested in further developing their basketball skills and achieving their athletic goals. 

While pursuing his bachelor's degree from the University of New Orleans (UNO), Coleman joined the Dillard University Athletic department's staff as an intern in the fall of 2023 and is now returning as a grad assistant to the men's basketball team. During his time working with Dillard University's athletes and staff, Coleman has been able to further his understanding and knowledge of sports professionalism as well as the functions of collegiate basketball.
