Bio

Parker joined Dillard University on March 18, 2024. He serves as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. 

He began his coaching career at Ferrum College as an undergraduate intern, working with the men’s and women’s basketball teams, men’s tennis team, and assisting with baseball, softball, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, and track and field.

Before arriving at Dillard, he worked in the private sector with D1 Training in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. There, he worked with various sports ranging from the youth to collegiate level. At D1, he programmed and implemented complete training programs, from team lifts, to developmental workouts for individuals focusing on speed and agility development, along with providing nutritional guidance for athletes. 

Parker holds multiple certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA), National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Sport Nutrition Coach (CNC) & Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). He earned his Bachelors Of Science in Human & Health Performance: Exercise Science & Sport Studies from Ferrum College and is pursuing his Masters Of Science in Human Performance from Liberty University.
