The game, held at Dillard's home field, was marked by an explosive performance from Dillard's lineup, with nearly every player contributing to the scoreboard.

From the onset, Dillard set the tone in the first inning. A combination of strategic baserunning and clutch hitting saw Jaylen Mateo score the opening run, followed by Jalen Ayers stealing home to provide an early 2-0 lead. This momentum only intensified as the game progressed.
